1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS Yenko Tribute

The car is finished in Hugger Orange with Yenko/SC graphics over a black and white interior, and power is from a replacement 427ci V8 backed by a four-speed manual transmission. Additional equipment includes Torq Thrust wheels as well as power-assisted steering and front disc brakes. The spark plugs were replaced and fuel and oil changes carried out in preparation for the sale. Originally green, the body was repainted in Hugger Orange with white stripes and Yenko/SC graphics. Additional modifications include a cowl-induction hood as well as chin and trunk spoilers. American Racing Torq Thrust wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. Braking is via power-assisted front discs and rear drums. White vinyl upholstery trims high-backed front bucket and rear bench seats, while black carpets are protected by floor mats bearing the Yenko shield insignia. A period AM radio is mounted in the dash. Woodgrain appliqués line the dash and center console, the latter of which houses auxiliary gauges ahead of a Hurst shifter with a cueball knob.
