Description
3-liter V12 rebuilt by Team CJ Works of Austin, Texas, and power is sent to the rear wheels via a three-speed automatic transmission. The car is equipped with Wilwood front brakes, dual electric fans, air conditioning, a vintage-look stereo, and 15â?³ wire wheels. The body rubber has been replaced, and the car has US-market bumpers with overriders as well as US-market lighting with front and rear side markers. Chrome 15â?³ wire wheels are mounted with earless knock-off nuts and wear Michelin tires. The seats and the cargo area have been retrimmed in Cinnamon leather, and the carpets and dash pad have been replaced. The car is equipped with factory air conditioning and a vintage-look aftermarket radio. A leather-rimmed steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer, while a clock and gauges for voltage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level are positioned above the rocker switches in the center of the dash. The 5. 3-liter V12 is equipped with four Zenith-Stromberg carburetors and was factory rated at 272 horsepower. Engine number 7S2552SA shown above matches the corresponding stamping on the chassis tag.
