1966 Ford Mustang Convertible 289

This 1966 Ford Mustang was assembled on September 27, 1966, at Ford’s San Jose, California, plant and was originally delivered to the Los Angeles ordering district. The car is finished in black with a tan soft top over burgundy leather upholstery, and power comes from an A-code 289ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. A replacement carburetor, radiator, braking components, and wheel cylinders were reportedly installed in 2019, at which time the fuel system was serviced. Equipment includes reverse lights, faux side scoop trim, dual side-view mirrors, and bright rocker panel accents. California black license plates are fitted. A walk-around video can be viewed here.
