302-Powered 1967 Sunbeam Tiger Mk II

Finished in white with black side stripes over a black vinyl interior, the car is powered by a replacement 302ci V8 equipped with aluminum cylinder heads, tuned headers, a Holley 600-cfm four-barrel carburetor, and an Edelbrock high-rise intake manifold. Additional features include a Toploader four-speed manual transmission, a custom LAT-style hood, four-wheel disc brakes, polished 15” LAT wheels, and dual exhaust outlets. An engine-out service was performed in 2016, and the cooling and electrical systems were also refreshed in the last five years. The metal LAT-style hood and Mk II eyebrow were fabricated by Jenkinson Concours & Customs of Escondido, California in 2016, and photos from the work are provided in the gallery. The hood and front clip were spot-painted and blended by LGE-CTS Motorsports of San Dimas, California in 2020, and additional features include black side stripes, dual exhaust outlets, Halogen headlights and back-up lights, and a chrome driver’s side-view mirror. A replacement black soft top was installed in 1997, and photos taken in 2016 showing the top in its raised position are provided in the gallery. The polished aluminum 15” LAT wheels feature faux knock-off spinners and are wrapped in Kumho Ecsta AST tires sized 205/50. Braking is through four-wheel discs that were overhauled and fitted with a replacement master cylinder in 2020. Replacement shock absorbers were installed in 2016, and the suspension components were repainted in 2020. A full-size spare, a jack, and tire iron are found in the trunk.
