Description
The car is finished in yellow over black vinyl and is powered by a 426ci Hemi V8 mated to a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes power front disc brakes, a Dana rear axle, and a limited-slip differential. Exterior features include concealed quad headlights, a fastback roof, and a body-wide taillight panel, along with chrome bumpers, chrome belt-line and body-sill moldings, fender-mounted turn indicators, and “426 Hemi” badging. Steel 14? wheels wear bright covers with faux three-eared spinners and redline tires. Braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums. The cabin features four bucket seats trimmed in black vinyl with a matching dash pad, door panels, and carpeting. Front and rear center consoles offer upholstered armrests, and other equipment includes a heater/defroster and an AM radio. A three-spoke steering wheel with a full horn ring fronts a quartet of gauges including a 150-mph speedometer and a 6k-rpm tachometer. The 426ci Hemi V8 came equipped with a pair of Carter AFB four-barrel carburetors and was factory rated at 425 horsepower and 490 lb-ft of torque. The coil and spark-plug wires are replacements, and the oil was changed in preparation for the sale.
