Description
175 miles on restoration. Engine transmission and rear differential were rebuilt. Body off. frame painted to a nice driver quality finish. The car was driven 175 miles in the first few months after the restoration was complete and was parked for 9 years. the Gas and radiator were drained before storage making it very easy to bring it back to life. It starts and runs very good and the brakes work well. everything was looked over and checked out. The body was painted two tone Black and Silver with the Red dividing line and wheels. In 1930 Chrysler offered to factory paint the model 77 any color combination the customer requested as an added incentive to help sell bring in customers. So the paint scheme could plausibly be correct. Either way, this Model 77 is a very attractive car with these colors on it. The step pads to the rumble seat have the correct "77" logo and the hubcaps are very good with very nice Chrome.
