Description
This 1959 Austin-Healey 100-6 is a BN4 four-seat model finished in turquoise and white over a white interior. It is powered by a 2. 6-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive, and equipment includes removable side windows, a white removable soft top, a white tonneau cover, a Smiths heater, and 15? knock-off wire wheels. 15? knock-off wire wheels are wrapped in 175-series Michelin Radial X tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel drums, and service performed in May 2019 included new front sway bar bushings, rear wheel cylinders, and rear brake shoes. The interior is trimmed in white with matching carpets, door panels, and dash coverings. 100-6 BN4 models featured a 2+2 roadster configuration with seating for two rear passengers, and equipment includes a Smiths heater, black lap belts, black floor mats, and a fire extinguisher mounted under the dash. The banjo-style steering wheel is wrapped in an aftermarket cover and fronts a 120-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. True mileage is unknown. The 2,639cc OHV inline-six features twin SU carburetors and was factory rated at 117 horsepower.
