1957 Ford Thunderbird White

Beautiful and rare Colonial White 1957 Ford Thunderbird with factory 3-speed manual transmission and overdrive. Other factory options include the power steering, power brakes, power seat, factory seat belts, telescopic steering column and power windows which all function as new. The T-Bird is believed to be on its fourth owner who purchased the car in 2007 and had a â??frame onâ?? restoration performed which was completed in 2009. This included stripping the car, replacing any pitted chrome, and re-upholstering the interior. All bodywork was done using Thunderbird metal panels which were welded into place. The original Town & Country radio (which is included) was replaced with a newer â??factory fitâ? item. It is believed that one of the prior owners changed the color from the original Thunderbird Bronze and Bronze interior to the Colonial white. It appears that the body was never taken off the frame, but the engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and differential have all been rebuilt prior to the current owner. As you can see from the video the oil pressure is very strong. The car shifts smoothly, and the over drive unit does work perfectly. All the glass is in excellent condition, chrome and exterior trim is either new or NOS, and the top is a factory â??non-port holeâ?? unit in excellent condition. There is also a new white soft top included (never installed).
