Description
Here you have an incredible car. The car is registered through Galien Govier and was # 39 of 71 made for 1972 like this car, so it is one of only 71; pretty rare, Iâ??d say. It has all original sheet metal. It has only been repainted one time in its life in 1982 and looks beautiful to this day. The car is in near-mint condition. I have much paper work to go with this car. I even have a copy of the first issued title when it left the factory to go to Cox Dodge in North Carolina. The car has a completely redone interior form Legendary. The dash was just restored and a factory am/fm radio was installed. The car sports its original 3.23 gears but now has a new sure grip. The front has been changed over to manual disc brakes and the rear is upgraded to slightly larger 2 ½ drums, all large bolt pattern so you will not have to undergo that expense. The suspension was redone front to back and new . 089 big block torsion bars were installed with kyb shocks. The car drives and handles great. The original thermoquad was sent off and professionally rebuilt and runs great. The exhaust was redone and now is 2 ½ in mandrel bent tti exhaust. The floors are all original and rock solid. The trunk and quarters are all original and rock solid. This car has no bondo or rust. The VIN is stamped on rad support as well as trunk lip. Numbers matching engine and transmission to boot! Engine was rebuilt in 1982 at 50,000 to 60,000 miles. (Sorry, I do not know the exact mileage as the original owner that did the work and painted it is no longer living.)
