1968 Ford Mustang Fastback J Code 68 fastback 302-4v auto A/C car!!! 2nd paint job, Clean car. This is a project car, engine not installed. All Original parts are there to put the engine back together making it a numbers matching car. Here are the Numbers and Codes 8R02J - 1968 , San Jose plant, Fastback 302-4V 63A - Fastback standard Interior bucket seats M - Wimbledon White 2A - Black Vinyl 04M - Built December 9th 1967 5 - Rear End 3.00 5 - C4 Automatic trans. The previous owner said that the mileage (89,029) is original and has not rolled over 100k. He removed the motor and tore it down, it was the first time the motor had been apart. He also went through other parts of the car like, brakes, interior, ect but didn't have the time to rebuild the engine. Lots of new parts installed like radio, gas tank, brake calipers, brake lines, all front end joints, front and rear sway bars, seat foam and covers, and carpet. Borgeson power steering installed, also has a new pump in the box. Lots of new and original used parts included. All the original motor and AC parts are included . Still has the original dash and rear seat. Transmission has not been rebuilt. Also including a 1974 302 short block that has been checked, bored 10 thousandths over, and line bored.
