1971 Chevrolet K5 Blazer

This 1971 Chevrolet K5 Blazer was refurbished between 2018 and 2019 and acquired in 2020 by the selling dealer who relocated it from Arizona to Wyoming. The body was removed from the frame and both rocker panels were replaced before a color change from Ochre to red was performed between 2018 and 2019. The removable hardtop has also been refinished in textured red bed lining material, and the seals and weatherstripping were replaced after the paintwork was completed. The 15? Rally wheels have been refinished and are mounted with 32  x 11. 50? Mastercraft Courser MXT tires. Manually-locking hubs are equipped up front. The cabin features metal surfaces that are painted to match the exterior and additional interior refurbishment included installing new black carpets and sandblasting and painting the seat frames before they were fitted with new foam and black vinyl covers with houndstooth inserts. A wood-rimmed steering wheel frames a 100-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, battery, and oil pressure. A pod with a trio of aftermarket instruments are mounted beneath the dashboard.
