Description

This 1933 Ford roadster street rod was built about four years ago by Ronâ??s Restoration of Glade, Kansas, utilizing an aftermarket steel body mounted on a boxed and reinforced factory frame. Power is from a fuel-injected 4. 6L quad-cam V8 backed by a four-speed automatic transmission, and the build also incorporates four-wheel independent suspension, four-wheel disc brakes, power steering, and a Ford 9â?³ rear end center section with a limited-slip differential. The cabin is upholstered in cream leather, and additional features include Vintage Air climate control, a tilting steering column, a rumble seat, and a removable soft top. The steel body is equipped with full fenders and is finished in Torch Red. Features include a black soft top, dual mirrors, wind wings, stainless-steel running board treads, recessed taillights, and a rumble seat. Bulges have been added on the hood sides to accommodate the width of the quad-cam engine. Legacy wheels from Billet Specialties measure 7Ã?16â?³ up front and 8Ã?17â?³ out back and are mounted with Toyo Extensa HP tires. Independent front suspension is handled by a Heidts Superide assembly and incorporates coilovers and vented disc brakes. Independent rear suspension features coilovers and inboard vented disc brakes.
