Description
This 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera coupe is a US-market car originally delivered in Black on Black with a factory limited-slip differential. Powered by a stock 3. The car was given a complete glass-out bare metal repaint in its current shade by one of TRE Motorsportsâ?? preferred body shops after fitting the FRP front and rear bumpers, a Getty ducktail spoiler, and Vitaloni mirrors. The color is a mixture of a Mercedes Unimog shade and Gulf Blue. Hella H4 headlights have also been installed and the windshield washer nozzle holes were welded shut prior to the paintwork. A custom quad-tipped stainless steel exhaust system is shown above, and the car is lowered over genuine 17â?³ Speedline RUF alloy wheels measuring 9â?³ wide up front and 10â?³ in the rear. They are mounted using 100mm wheel studs and are wrapped in near-new Continental ExtremeContact DW rubber at all four corners. The brakes are from a 964, and a steel panel between the taillights has been fitted. The cabin has also been modified with RS-style door panels and carpet kit, Recaro Seats, and a genuine RUF steering wheel. The rear seats have been removed are not included with the sale. A metric speedometer/odometer was fitted when the car was imported to Japan and currently shows 102,771 kilometers (~64k miles), though no documentation exists to confirm if this is correct. The 3. 2-liter flat-six has been maintained in stock specification aside from the A/C removal and exhaust. The most recent oil change was completed in late April 2017. An underside photo of the exhaust can be found in the gallery along with images of the rear seat delete. Documentation including all recent modifications will be included with the sale.
