The top end of the 848cc inline-four was rebuilt, and the car received new clutch and brake hydraulic components. The car reportedly won a Palmetto Award at the 2017 Hilton Head Island Concours dâ??Elegance as well as best in show at Mini Meet East in Oak Ridge, Tennessee in 2017. The center tub was also reportedly replaced with new metal. The Spruce Green color was matched to the underside of the fuel-tank cover panel, and the car was refinished in PPG Concept single-stage polyurethane. Removed hardware was cataloged and zinc-plated prior to reassembly, and the folding convertible top is reportedly an inexact replacement based on original patterns. A 1982 New York inspection sticker is present on the Triplex windscreen, and a replacement windscreen is included in the sale. The seats are fitted with a set of removable green vinyl pads and seatbelts. Black rubber mats line the floors. The 95-mph speedometer houses a nested fuel gauge. The 848cc inline-four is matched to a single SU carburetor.
