Description
This 1934 Ford street rod features a steel five-window coupe body over a boxed frame and is finished in red with beige mohair upholstery. Details include suicide doors, independent front suspension, rack-and-pinion steering, front disc brakes, and air conditioning. Power is from a 350ci Chevrolet V8 backed by a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. Polished Torq Thrust wheels wear an older big-and-little tire setup with Classic Radials up front and Michelin X rubber in the rear. Braking is from discs up front and drums in the rear. Button-tufted mohair upholstery covers the single bench seat and door panels, while matching carpets protect the floor. A stain and worn piping are pictured on the driver’s side. The glovebox houses and inoperable Pioneer CD player, while speakers are mounted in the kick panels and rear parcel shelf. A Ron Francis wiring harness was used by the original builder. A Lecarra steering wheel on a GM tilting column frames white AutoMeter gauges with Art Deco-style numbering, including a five-digit odometer showing under 100 miles.
