Description
Power comes from a 3. 8-liter straight-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and the car is finished in metallic blue. The Series 1 E-Type was equipped with covered headlights and small taillights mounted above slim rear bumpers. Cracking is noted throughout the passenger side along with rust in the right rear rocker panel. Chrome 15? knock-off wire wheels wear 205/75 Uniroyal Tiger Paw Plus tires, and a matching spare with older Michelin rubber is housed beneath the trunk floor. Braking is handled by Dunlop discs at all four corners, with the rears mounted inboard at the differential. The cockpit features fixed-back bucket seats with lap belts, a passenger-side grab handle, and a wood shift knob. There is a tear on the driver seat outer bolster along with multiple cracks in the dash pad, and the heater controls are inoperable. A three-spoke steering wheel wears an aftermarket wrap and frames Smiths gauges. Toggle switches and a period BMC AM radio are mounted in the center stack.
