1961 Jeep Willys 4X4, starts and runs great, paint and interior look amazing

This Jeep spent most of it's life in New Mexico and Texas. In New Mexico, the owner used it daily to go to the mailbox on his property. He owned a small motel and would park it out front, for eye candy, every day, for about 20 years, after going to the mailbox. The previous owner would see it almost every day as he passed by the motel. The motel eventually closed when the owner reached the age of retirement. The owner we bought it from, saw the "for sale" sign for the motel and stopped in to see if they were selling the Jeep too.
