Additional modifications applied during the Spydercars conversion include tubular control arms with adjustable springs and dampers, wheel hubs with ball joints replacing the factory trunnions, and 15? Minilite wheels over 10? disc brakes. The body was refurbished in red and the interior was reupholstered in beige leather prior to being fitted to the Spydercars Spaceframe chassis. The fiberglass body was reportedly refurbished and repainted prior to its installation on the Spydercars chassis.
