Description
Work in 2009 included refinishing the car in orange with black stripes, refreshing the color-coordinated interior, and installing a 572ci V8 paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Additional features include a black soft top, RS-style headlights, 17? American Racing wheels, Wilwood disc brakes, coilover suspension, a limited-slip rear differential, Vintage Air climate control, an aftermarket stereo, and a subwoofer. The car was refinished in orange with black stripes in 2009, and it features a black soft top, chrome bumpers with guards, a cowl-induction hood, and RS-style headlight doors, as well as Camaro, RS, SS, and 572 badging. American Racing Torq Thrust 17? wheels are mounted with Riken Raptor ZR front tires paired with Nitto NT555 rear rubber, which show 2013 date codes. Each corner is equipped with four-piston Wilwood brake calipers paired with cross-drilled rotors, and the suspension has been modified with an aftermarket sway-bar kit as well as a VariShock coilover rear suspension. Power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering has also been added. The interior features bolstered bucket seats and a rear bench with black upholstery and orange houndstooth inserts. Woodgrain trims the shifter surround, and the black carpeting is protected by rubber mats. A Vintage Air climate-control system has been added along with an aftermarket cassette stereo with iPod compatibility, which is paired with a Hertz subwoofer in the trunk. A three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of instrumentation that includes a 140-mph speedometer and an 8k-rpm tachometer.
