1966 Shelby Cobra Kit

This is a 1991 Shelby Cobra Kit of a 1966 original model. It has a Chevy 350 engine with a 700R4 transmission, it is automatic with the speed shift. Work accomplished before we got it new ring gear pinion and positive unit, swing arms on rear end with adjustable turning arms so the angle on the pinion could be set correctly, front springs, power steering rack, master cylinder, front calipers and pads, rear wheel cylinders and shoes, distributor, wires, electric cooling fan, carburetor. Runs and drives great shifts smooth most of the time, because of the cam in the engine half to idle low to keep it from pulling when stopped in gear. Was told a different torque converter could solve problem. When stopped and in gear it runs rough because of low idle and low vacuum. Window channels in both doors need repair. Convertible top in excellent shape and it is black. The back left quarter panel has what looks like some stress cracks in the paint, which can be seen in the pictures. Car isn't perfect but a little TLC could be.Car runs and drives good and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere, anybody interested is welcome to come see it before auction ends.My dad purchased this as a toy and passed away 3 months after the purchase. All information and work done to car was from previous owner accept for the new carburetor. Car is being sold as is
