1966 Ford Mustang Pony Interior Red

Solid as they come and original floors too !! It is a factory Candy Apple Red Mustang ( Color code "T" ) It is also a factory pony interior car, and has Power Steering and COLD factory type air conditioning and am fm stereo in dash , seat belts too. Powered the legendary 289 V8 2 barrel engine ( C code) and C4 cruise-a-matic It has an excellent engine & transmission that also shifts correctly , good tires too ! This is a get in and drive car with new dual exhaust and fuel tank with new sending unit too! Also has new rear brake shoes and wheel cylinders Lighting and all electrical items work including cigar lighter . All courtesy lights operate on the interior. Wire wheel covers and whitewall radial tires , along with a much desired center console adds a desired look I also have a new glove box door, tail light bezels , gas cap that go with car , and if I get time to install them I will This car runs and drives very nice , feels comfortable whether on the freeway , country roads or city streets It has a power convertible top that works well but has a piece of the white vinyl missing just above the rear plastic window...it does not harm the ability to keep water out , it is just aesthetics as the top is too nice to change out It has nice older Pony interior with some wear but still looks good ( and I just installed a new factory type repro steering wheel so a couple of the pics still show the old wheel) The paint is older , and has flaws but looks good for a driver It has an incredibly solid body and underbody for a classic Ford pony car. If you want a car that is not a rust bucket , you have found it. The underbody after I have scrubbed it , cleaned and painted red oxide There is no rust in the exterior that can be found and not full of bondo either , All sheet metal appears to be Ford parts.
