Volvo 1800's were made somewhat famous by Sir Roger Moore who drove one in the 1960-70's TV show "The Saint." The styling of this Volvo was contracted out to Frua of Italy, buy in reality, a Swede, young Pelle Pettersen, had a heavy role in its design. It is very practical, having a flip-up rear glass hatch that is held by gas pressure struts, and the rear seat folds down to provide a long, carpeted load area.
