Description
The build involved refinishing the car in maroon, re-trimming the interior in gray cloth, and installing a 350ci Chevrolet V8 paired with a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission. The car rides on a Mustang II front suspension setup with power rack-and-pinion steering and power-assisted front disc brakes. Other equipment includes a cassette stereo, coated exhaust headers, an Edelbrock intake manifold, stainless-steel fuel tank, 15â?³ Cragar polished aluminum wheels, and both front and rear sway bars. The car was painted metallic maroon with custom pinstriping during the aforementioned refurbishment, and features include a replacement grille, chevron taillights, replacement running boards, and a split windshield. Polished 15â? Cragar wheels are mounted with Toyo Proxes tires. A Mustang II front crossmember and suspension setup is installed up front, a sway bar is fitted out back, and braking is handled by power-assisted discs up front and drums at the rear. The cabin has been reupholstered in gray cloth, and black carpets line the floors. The Lecarra leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts Classic Instruments gauges including a 120-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and amperage. Total mileage is unknown. The horn does not work.
