Finished in red over tan leather, the car is powered by a 1,250cc XPAG inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a tan soft top, 15â?³ steel wheels, hubcaps, dual SU carburetors, a K&N air filter, an extra-capacity oil pan, driving lights, side mirrors, wind wings, seatbelts, a banjo-style steering wheel, and a wood dashboard. Previously yellow, the vehicle was repainted in red during the aforementioned refurbishment, which involved dismantling the car and media-blasting the metal parts but leaving the tub and the engine fitted onto the frame. Features include a replacement tan folding soft top, yellow driving lights, a badge bar, a louvered hood, a folding windshield, windshield-mounted side mirrors, windshield wipers, wind wings, and chrome bumpers with overriders. The end panels of the gas tank are finished in chrome. The wipers work only when the windshield is slippery. Silver-finished 15â?³ steel wheels wear polished hubcaps and are mounted with 165/80 Nankang CX-668 tires. A spare wheel and tire are affixed to the rear. The braking system was refurbished with rebuilt wheel cylinders and master cylinder as well as replacement hoses. The refurbished cabin houses a split bench seat trimmed in tan leather.
