Description

The car is finished in burgundy with a silver top over a tan leather interior, and power comes from a replacement 1. 2-liter Coventry Climax inline-four paired with a ZF four-speed manual gearbox. Johns, and Cobble Beach. The Elite was designed by Peter Kirwan-Taylor and aerodynamicist Frank Costin and featured fiberglass bodywork manufactured by the Bristol Aeroplane Company. Features include a flip-up fuel filler cap, a NACA duct on the hood, Lucas PL700 headlamps, and a rear British number plate with matching front-grille-mounted numbers. The chrome and stainless steel 15? wire wheels were sourced from SC Parts during the refurbishment and feature two-eared knock-off hubs and Vredestein 155SR15 tires. New brake and suspension components were fitted in the 2010s, along with a new front subframe. A rebuild of the rear suspension was performed in 2017. The right-hand-drive cabin features bucket seats trimmed in tan leather with a matching armrest, center console, and door panels.
