This Factory Five Racing MK4 Roadster is a Shelby Cobra replica powered by a 302ci V8 with FMS aluminum cylinder heads, an E303 camshaft, and a Holley 650-cfm carburetor. Additional equipment includes a Tremec T5 five-speed manual transmission, a manual steering rack, Koni adjustable rear shocks, ceramic-coated side pipes, four-wheel disc brakes, dual roll hoops, 17? Halibrand-style wheels, and four-point Simpson harnesses. The air cleaner was replaced and an oil change performed following the selling dealer’s acquisition from the car’s builder in late 2020. The fiberglass panels were filled, primed, sanded, sealed, and finished with four layers each of metallic blue paint and clear coat according to the selling dealer. The body was reportedly wet sanded and buffed following the paintwork. Details include ceramic-coated side pipes, wind wings, dual powder-coated roll bars, and quick-jack bumperettes.
