Custom two-piece 17�x8� wheels from Vintage Wheelworks are wrapped in 245/45 BFGoodrich g-Force Sport COMP-2 tires. Suspension modifications include a Shelby-style upper control arm drop, a Panhard bar, Bilstein shocks with Maier Racing leaf springs, and subframe connectors. Braking is handled by Baer four-piston front calipers with 13� rotors, rear discs from a Ford Explorer, a Wilwood dual-circuit master cylinder with an adjustable proportioning valve, and custom-fabricated 3/16� stainless steel lines. The rear seats were removed and a Shelby-style four-point roll bar was added along with replacement black carpets, a one-piece headliner, and a radio blanking plate. A Shelby-style steering wheel frames VDO gauges including a tachometer, a speedometer, and readouts for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage.
