1964 Pontiac GTO Convertible 4-Speed

The car has been refinished in Marimba Red over a black vinyl interior, and power is provided by a 389ci V8 linked to a rebuilt four-speed manual transmission. The car has been modified with Tri-Power induction featuring three two-barrel carburetors, and additional features include a power-operated white convertible top, a Delco radio, and a center console. Features include dual hood scoops, door-edge guards, GTO badging, dual exhaust outlets, and a chrome driver-side mirror. Steel 15? rally wheels wear bright beauty rings and center caps as well as Firestone redline tires. A matching spare is located in the trunk. The black vinyl interior (214) features individual front bucket seats and a rear bench with patterned inserts. Equipment includes lap belts, a Delco AM radio, and a console surrounding the four-speed shifter. A woodgrain steering wheel fronts a turned-aluminum bezel that houses a 120-mph speedometer, an optional tachometer, and gauges for amperage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The 389ci V8 is equipped with three two-barrel carburetors under individual chrome air cleaners in place of the factory four-barrel carburetor. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission that was rebuilt in Washington in 2009, per an invoice pictured in the gallery.
