1972 DeTomaso Pantera

This 1972 DeTomaso Pantera is finished in a two-tone red and black scheme over a black interior and is powered by a 351ci Ford V8 equipped with FiTech fuel injection and linked with a ZF five-speed manual transaxle. An L-style external fuel filler has also been fitted. Close-up photos of the finish are provided in the gallery. Factory Campagnolo wheels with older tires are included and are shown in the image gallery. New door seals and a new ignition lock cylinder were fitted, and the air conditioning and radio are noted to be non-functional. Instrumentation includes a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with 6k-rpm redline, and a selection of auxiliary gauges arranged vertically in the center stack. A Hall Pantera voltmeter gauge replaces the factory ammeter, and the reverse light switch and fuel level sender are not functional. A replacement fuel level sender is included. Power is provided by a matching-numbers 351ci Ford V8. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a ZF five-speed manual transaxle.
