Description
This 1965 Ford Mustang is a C-code 289 convertible that has been repainted yellow and fitted with a three-speed automatic transmission that was rebuilt in 2019. Further modifications consist of 14â?³ Torq Thrust wheels, an aluminum radiator, and a dual exhaust system with exits through a GT-style rear valance, and the car also has black upholstery covering its bucket seats and a black boot that covers the power-operated white soft top when it is lowered. The car was delivered from the factory in Vintage Burgundy and has been repainted yellow. The American Racing 14â?³ Torq Thrust wheels are mounted with 195/60 Prime Well tires. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is handled by front and rear drums. The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl. Mustang-logo mats protect the color-coordinated carpeting. The AM radio does not work. Instrumentation consists of a 120-mph speedometer flanked by fuel-level and water-temperature gauges. The 289ci V8 was factory rated at 225 horsepower.
