The car has been repainted in red over black leather and powered by a 390ci V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a electric windows, locks, and mirrors as well as a power-adjustable tan convertible top, power-assisted steering, an Autronic-Eye headlight dimmer, fender skirts, and a push-button radio. Exterior features include chrome bumpers and trim, two-tone pinstripes, electric side mirrors, fender skirts, and a power-retractable tan soft top that can be seen both raised and lowered. Steel 15? wheels are fitted with chrome Cadillac-branded full hubcaps and whitewall tires. Power-assisted steering was equipped from the factory. The cabin features black leather on the front bucket seats and rear bench, and the padded dash and door panels are accented with wood veneer and chrome trim. A two-spoke steering wheel frames a horizontal 120-mph speedometer and a clock along with gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The 390ci OHV V8 was factory-rated at 325 horsepower, which is sent to the rear wheels through a Hydra-Matic four-speed automatic transmission. Work performed in 2018 included replacement of the water pump and coolant hoses, and in December 2020 the battery was replaced. Additional underside photos can be found in the gallery.
