Description
It was reportedly stored for approximately 42 years in California before receiving a body-off refurbishment by Napa Valley Automobile Restoration. Finished in yellow over a green interior, the car is powered by a 1,250cc XPAG inline-four fitted with a Shorrock supercharger and paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Features include a beige soft top with side curtains, 19? knock-off wire wheels, leather seats, and chrome bumpers with overriders. Approximately 494 TC EXU models were produced for the North American market. The headlamps and fog light housings were re-chromed at that time, and the car received a replacement soft top and side curtains. A walk-around video can be seen here. Painted 19? wire wheels are equipped with two-eared knock-off spinners and are mounted with Ensign Triple tires that were reportedly installed in September 2020. Braking is handled by drum brakes at all four corners, and the car is equipped with a live-axle suspension with semi-elliptical leaf springs. The interior was reupholstered with green leather seats, vinyl door panels, and replacement carpets during the refurbishment. Interior features include a green dash and a jute-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob.
