1972 Datsun 240Z 4-Speed

4-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Finished in blue metallic over white vinyl, the car is further equipped with dual SU carburetors, 14� steel wheels, power-assisted front disc brakes, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, a heater, and a Kenwood CD stereo. Work performed in 2023 involved cleaning and adjusting the carburetors, changing the oil, and replacing the fuel pump and ignition components. Finished from the factory in Blue Metallic (115), the car was repainted and the weatherstripping and window seals were replaced as part of the aforementioned refurbishment in 2018. Details include General Electric headlights, a left-side mirror, Z badging on the C-pillars, bright window trim, and a retractable antenna. Steel 14� wheels feature five-spoke Z-branded covers and are mounted with 195/70 Ironman Radial RB-12 tires. The car was factory equipped with an independent suspension, a front stabilizer bar, and rack-and-pinion steering. Stopping is provided by power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes. The bucket seats were reupholstered in white vinyl in January 2019, at which time the trim, dome light, carpets, seatbelts, door pulls, and shifter and emergency brake boots were also replaced. A Kenwood CD stereo and speakers have been fitted, and additional appointments include sound-deadening insulation,  a center console, a lockable glove compartment, an electric rear window defogger, and a heater.
