Description
This 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible was built in St. Louis in September 1966, and is powered by a numbers-matching 427ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission and a 4. 11:1 Positraction differential. The interior is trimmed in black vinyl, and equipment includes a Delco AM/FM radio, Tri-Power carburetion, a black convertible soft top, and a paint-matched removable hardtop. The body was refinished in Marina Blue (976AA) in 2016 by Vintage Vettes of Kansas City, Missouri, and features both a color-matched removable hardtop and a black convertible soft top. 1967 models equipped with the 427ci V8 were fitted with a unique hood featuring a â??stingerâ? scoop and black stripes. Aftermarket side exhaust pipes were installed during the 2016 refurbishment, and the car was factory equipped with the â??A02â? optional tinted windshield. 15â?³ bolt-on wheels wear bowtie center caps and thin-redline radial tires. Four-wheel disc brakes were fitted from the factory, and a power brake booster was added during the 2016 refurbishment. The independent suspension utilizes coil springs up front and a transverse-mounted leaf spring in the rear, and was optioned with the F41 â??Special Suspensionâ? package as shown on the included factory order sheet.
