Power is from an air-cooled 1,600cc Volkswagen dual-port flat-four fitted with twin Solex carburetors and mated to a four-speed manual transaxle with synchromesh. Additional equipment includes staggered-width 15? mag wheels, a chrome roll hoop and bumpers, a replacement fiberglass dash, and more. Brightwork consists of front and rear bumper bars, a full-width roll bar, a fixed windshield frame, and a Monza-style fuel filler. An antenna is mounted at the rear. The buggy features a shortened 1962 VW chassis and rides on staggered 15? US Mags wheels with Primewell tires measuring 195/65 up front and 225/70 out back. The four-wheel drum brakes were reportedly overhauled during the refurbishment, and the car retains swing-axle rear suspension. The cabin offers seating for four passengers on reupholstered PRP front buckets with lap belts as well as a rear bench. The floors are protected by a reproduction vinyl mat. Actual mileage is unknown. The alternator and starter were rebuilt and an electronic ignition system fitted.
