Description
Over $20k of cosmetic refurbishment was subsequently completed, including refinishing the bumpers, fender flares, and roof as well as installing a factory-style steering wheel, radio, lights, and steel wheels. Work completed by Dog House Auto Restoration of Watsonville, California in 2019 included repainting the roof, repairing the rear door, and refinishing the bumpers and fender flares. H4 headlamps were re-installed, and a set of W463 front turn signals, side markers, and tail lamps with amber turn signals were also fitted. Invoices for the cosmetic refresh totaling more than $16k are shown in the gallery. A set of later-model 18â?³ wheels are included along with a second set of new, un-mounted factory alloy wheels. The cabin features grey cloth upholstery with matching carpeting and a black dash top. Instrumentation includes a 180-km/h speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,200-rpm redline, an analog clock, and fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure gauges. The 3. 0-liter M103 gasoline inline-six sends power to all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case with three locking differentials. The truck is equipped with solid front and rear axles, and the brake calipers have been refinished in black.
