1967 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible 427/400

This 1967 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was built on November 7, 1966 and was delivered new to Duval Motors in Montreal, Quebec. Power is provided a numbers-matching 427ci Tri-Power V8 mated to a Powerglide automatic transmission. The car retains its factory color combination of Sunfire Yellow over black and is equipped with a black convertible top, side-exit exhaust system, AM/FM radio, power-assisted disc brakes, and power steering. This C2 is part of the privately owned Hadjopulos collection, a portion of which is currently being auctioned on BaT by a representative of Mr. Hadjopulos. Exterior features include side-exit exhaust pipes and a “stinger” hood accented in black. Bolt-on 15” aluminum turbine wheels wear 205/75 Coker Classic redline tires. Four-wheel disc brakes were standard equipment on Corvettes beginning in 1965, and this car also features optional vacuum-assisted braking. Bucket seats are trimmed in black vinyl and complemented by color-keyed trim over the dash, door panels, and console. Additional interior features include black loop carpeting, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and lap belts for each occupant.
